EE WAS HELPING LOAD MINING EQUIPMENT ONTO A TRUCK. WHILE DOING SO HE CUT HIS FINGER ON A PIECE OF BELT STRUCTURE. (THIS REPORT IS LATE BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE ACCIDENT UNTIL I RECEIVED THE PAPERWORK FROM THE HOSPITAL. I WAS TOLD HE JUST QUIT).
