HE WAS CHANGING A DRILL BIT, IN DOING SO HE WAS LIFTING UP ON A TWELVE FOOT PIECE OF DRILL STEEL AND HE FELT A SHARP PAIN IN THE LOWER PART OF HIS BACK GOING DOWN INTO HIS RIGHT LEG.

HE WAS CLEANING THE ROCK BINS, HE WENT TO SHUT THE DOOR IT BOUNCED OVER AND CAUGHT HIS RIGHT THUMB BETWEEN THE DOOR AND THE IRON POST ON THE BIN, FRACTURING IT.
THE CRUSHER OPERTOR AND LABORER WERE PERFORMING MAINTENANCE ON A BENDING ROLLER OF THE D-610 BELT WHILE THE ROLLER AND THE BELT WERE IN MOTION. THE LABORER WAS CAUGHT AND INJURED.
