CUSTOMER HAD PULLED ONTO SCALES WITH SEMI-TRACTOR AND TRAILER. HE STEPPED OUT OF TRUCK ONTO SCALES AND THEN FELL BACKWARDS ONTO THE GROUND, WHICH IS A DISTANCE OF 42". THERE WERE 2" X 4" BOARD S IN FROM ALIGNMENT FOR CEMENT. HE LANDED ON ONE OF THOSE.
