EMPLOYEE WAS ON CONE CRUSHER DOING REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE AND TWISTED HIS RIGHT KNEE. IT DID NOT APPEAR TO BE A PROBLEM AT FIRST. LATER, EMPLOYEE NOTICED SWELLING ON 08/20/99. HE WENT TO THE D OCTOR ON 08/23/99. AND MRI WAS SCHEDULED ON 08/25/99. EMPLOYEE WAS ADMINISTERED A PRESCRIPTION FOR ANTIINFLAMMTION(SWEEELING).
