EMPLOYEE WAS UNLOADING METAL FROM THE BACK OF A PICKUP. HE WAS STANDING ON THE GROUND GETTING THE LAST PIECE OF 1/4 X 12 X 20 METAL. HE TRIPPED AND FELL BACKWARDS LANDING ON HIS BACK IN THE GRAVEL.
