EE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING A "3-WHEELER" DOWN THE ROADWAY. THE TRAM SWITCH WAS IN THE REVESE POSITION. HE PUSHED THE TRAM PEDAL ANTICIPATING GOING FORWARD. THE VEHICLE WENT BACKWARDS -CAU SING HIM TO HIT BATTERY CHARGER WITH HIS BACK.
