I.NAME OPERATING SCOOP COMING TOWARD OUTSIDE WITH LOAD OF CRIB BLOCKS WHEN SCOOP STRUCK LARGE HOLE CAUSING HIM TO STRIKE HIS BACK ON TOP OF METAL SEAT.

WHILE MOVING VENTILATION CURTAIN FROM ONE X-CUT TO BE PLACED AT ANOTHER THE VICTIM WAS STRUCK BY A PIECE OF ROCK WHICH HAD FALLEN FROM THE ROOF. HE SUSTAINED FRACTURES TO BOTH ANKLES & SOME B ROKEN BONES IN T H E BACK AREA.
