WHILE MOVING VENTILATION CURTAIN FROM ONE X-CUT TO BE PLACED AT ANOTHER THE VICTIM WAS STRUCK BY A PIECE OF ROCK WHICH HAD FALLEN FROM THE ROOF. HE SUSTAINED FRACTURES TO BOTH ANKLES & SOME B ROKEN BONES IN T H E BACK AREA.
WHILE EXITING S C TO CHANGE DIRECTIONS KNEE WAS TWISTED.NO APPARENT REASON FOR STRAIN IMPAIRMENT MINIMAL.
