MINE WAS BEING DEVELOPED BY CONTINUOUS MINING METHOD WITHIN APPROX. 200 FEET AND PARALLEL WITH OUTCROP WHEN SOUNDS AND PRESSURE INDICATED AN IMMENENT ROOF FALL. THE ROOF FELL FROM FACE OF #2 E NTRY IN 1ST RIGHT PANEL AND EXTENDED INBY TO THE FACE AREA THEN ADDITIONAL ROOF FALL EXTENDED OUTBY 125 FT. THE ROOF SUPPORTS USED IN THE AFFECTED AREA WAS 4 & 6 FEET RESIN GROUTED RODS, POST
