EE, OUTSIDE MAN WAS HELPING COWORKER, SCOOPMAN, LOAD SUPPLIES ON SURFACE SUPPLY YARD. COWORKER STARTED MOVING THE SCOOP TO LOAD ROCK DUCT & EE WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE SCOOP FRAM & A PALLET OF R OCK DUST INJURING BOTH LOWER LEGS.
RUNNING A BUGGY; RAN OVER A ROOF BOLT; ROOF BOLT FLEW UP AND HIT EYE.

INJURED WAS PUTTING ROCK DUST IN ROCK DUSTING MACHINE AND HE GOT HIS FOREARM CAUGHT BETWEEN MINE ROOF ADN TOP OF ROCK DUSTER.
SURFACE COAL SHUTE HAD STOPPED UP WITH COAL AND EE WAS SHOVELING THE COAL OUT OF THE BOTTOM TO OPEN UP CHUTE WHEN THE COAL IN THE CHUTE BEGAN TO SLIDE OUT OF THE SHUTTLE IT STUCK HIM CAUSING H IM TO FALL OVER AN EMBANKMENT INTO THE COAL PIT.
INJURED WAS BOLTING TOP OF RIGHT SIDE OF FLETCHER DUAL HEAD BOLTER. HE INSTALLED THE FIRST BOLT ON RIGHT SIDE NEAREST THE RIB AND SWUNG THE DRILL BOOM INTO INSTALL. THE SECOND BOLT IN THIS R OW WHEN A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK 60"X24"X3" FELL FROM BETWEEN PREVIOUS BOLT INSTALLED & RIB STRIKING HIM ON LEFT ANKLE.
