RUNNING ENDLOADER IN AN OPEN PIT AND LOADING ROCK ON ROCK TRUCKS. HE THEN RAN THE LOADER INTO A SOLID SECTION OF ROCK LEFT IN THE SHOT. RESULTS WERE AN INJURY TO NECK AND RIGHT ARM. CAUSE: WAS NOT WEARING SEATBELT.
