Bronzite Mining Company Inc · Fall from machine

HAULING ROCK TO PUT ON ROAD LAND BERMS. DRIVERS TRUCK HAD A MECHANICAL FAILURE HE STOPED AND THEN ATTEMPTED TO BACK TRUCK OFF HILL AND HIS BROKE FAILED HIM. HJE THEN JUMPED OUT OF HIS TRUCK LANDING ON ROCK AND BROKE HIS ANKLE. OBSWERVED BY MINE EMT AND AMBULANCE CREW THEN TRANPORTED TO THE WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL HOSPTIAL.
