EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A CHAINSAW CUTTING A TREE WHEN CHAIN SAW KICKED BACK CUTTING EMPLOYEES LEFT KNEE. TREE STRUCK EMPLOYEE IN HEAD INJURING HIS LEFT EAR. EMPLOYEES INJURIES RESULTED IN HIS BEING TEMPORARILY DISABLED. HE WILL RETURN.
