EMPLOYEE STATED HE WAS GREASING DRILLS BOOM WHILE IN THE DOWN POSITION. HE SLIPPED OFF OF DRILL STEEL WHICH HE WAS WALKING ON. AT THAT TIME HIS FOOT GOT CAUGHT PUTTING ALL HIS WEIGHT ON THE RI GHT FOOT.
