THE INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING THE BOLT CREW PUYT UP 3X8 HEADERS, WHEN HE HURT HIS BACK. WE HAVE BAD TOP REQUIRING US TO PUT UP HEADERS. HANDLING HEADERS IN 50 INCHES OF COAL IS STRENUOUS WO RK.
