THE ROPE THAT P6LLS THE BELT TAKEUP ROLLOR HAD HUNG UP BETWEEN THE SHIEVE WHEEL AND HOUSING THAT HOLDS THE SHIEVE WHEEL. THE ROPE HAD THE PRESSURE LET OFF AND THEN THE BELT ROLLOR TOOK UP SUD DENLY. HE HAD 2IS HAND ON THE ROPE AT THIS TIME. WHEN IT SLIPPED IT CRUSHED HIS FINGERS.
