LIFTING BELT SO STRUCTURE COULD BE ADDED TO BELTLINE & PULLED MUSCLE IN BACK
INJURED AND 2 OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE PUTTING THE SHIELD THAT COVERS THE PUMP MOTOR ON THE 12CM MINER.WHEN THE SHIELD HIT INJURED ON THE LEFT KNEE .I LET GO CAUSING THE WEIGHT OF THE SHIELD TO SH IFT ON TO INJURED AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE.
