EMP STATED HE WAS USING HANDLE TO CLOSE DOOR ON GRAVEL CAR. WHILE HE WAS BEARING DOWN ON THE ROPE IT BROKE AND HE FELL STRIKING HIS FACE. THIS INJURY WAS NOT REPORTED UNTIL 8-13-96.
