TRUCK DRIVER DUMPED TRUCK LOAD OF COAL ON BEN GRIGGLY AND WAS BUSTING LARGE LUMPS WITH SLEDGE HAMMER AND PULLED MUSCLE IN BACK.
TRUCK COMING DOWN GRADE WHEN JAKE BREAK FAILED TO HOLD AND FOOT BREAK WOULDNT STOP TRUCK IT WAS LOADED WITH COAL DRIVER WAS BRUISED AND SOME MINOR CUTS AND SCRAPES WHERE JE JUMPED FROM TRUCK.
