THE THIRD SHIFT BOSS & ELECTRICAN WHO BOTH HAD BEEN TRAINED IN OPERATION OF BOLTER WHERE ATTEMPTING TO CORRECT TORQUE ON BOLTER FOR INSTALLATION OF CONVENTIONAL BOLTS. THE INDINIDUAL ATTEMPTED TO FOUL TORQUE WRENCH AGAINST ATRS JACK WITH PART OF TORQUE WRONG THAT GOES AN SOCKET DOWN IN POT OF BOLTER. THE TORQUE WRENCH SLIPPED OFF OF JACK STRIKING EMPLOYEE ON THIGH.
