THE ROCK TRUCK OPERATOR WAS BACKING UP AN INCLINE TO DUMP HIS LOADED ROCK TRUCK AND STEERED TOO CLOSE TO THE OUTER EDGE OF THE ROAD. THE OUTER EDGE OF THE ROAD GAVE WAY TO THE WEIGHT OF THE RO CK TRUCK AND OVERTURNED.
