THE FALL WAS FOUND AT APPROX 6:30 AM BY THE PRE-SHIFT MINE EXAMINER. THIS AREA HAD BEEN DETERMINED TO BE UNSTABLE ON 1-4-93. THE AREA HA DBEEN DANGERED OFF SINCE THAT TIME. THERE WAS NO PHYS ICAL INJURY LOSS OF EQUIPMENT OR DISRUPTION OF VENTILATION. DESIGNATED ESCAPEWAYS WERE NOT AFFECTED.
