WAS DRIVING SHUTTLE CAR WHICH FLIPPED TIMBER OFF OF ROADWAY.TIMBER CAUGHT FOOT AGAINST MACHINE.
VICTIM WAS MOVNG ROCK BY HAND. HE FLIPPED ONE ROCK WHICH STRUCK ANOTHER ROCK. HIS THUMB ON RIGHT HAND WENT BETWEEN BOTH ROCKS
TURNED AROUND AND RAN INTO ROOF PLATE.
WHILE VICTIM WAS LOADING TIMBERS, HE BECAME SICK AT HIS STOMACH AND COMPLAINED OF CHEST PAINS. DOCTOR'S DIAGNOSED HEART ATTACK, DAMAGE AT THIS TIME UNDETERMINED.
