WHILE GETTING BELT STRUCTURE OUT OF SUPPLY CAR HE STUMBLED OVER ANOTHER PIECE OF STRUCTURE AND FELL ON HIS BACK REACCURENCE OF OLD INJURY HE SAID HIS BACK GAVE OUT ON HIM.
WHILE BOLTING TOP HE PUT ROOF BOLT HALF WAY IN THEHOLE AND REACHED OVER TO STRIGHTEN, BOLT TO FINISH GETTING THE BOLT UP STRAINING ARM AND SHOULDER.

LOW HANGING CURTAIN BOARD WHILE GOING UNDER CURTAIN BOARD HIS HAT CAUGHT THE BOARD FORKING HIM TO BENT OVER DOUBLE.
