MINER WAS PREPAIRING TO PUSH UP A RESIN BOLT (THE #2 IN LAST ROW) WHEN HE USED TH EWRONG LEVER RESULTING IN THE BOLT ROTATING AND CATCHING HIS GLOVE. INJURY WAS TO THE LEFT INDEX FINGR, SPLIN T WAS APPLIED. PATINT WAS REMOVED TO THE SURFACE WHERE HE ELECTED PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOSPITAL.
