SUBJECT SAID HE WAS PLACING ROCKY MATERIAL ONTO HAULROAD, AND BACK DRAGGING BUCKET TO TURN AROUND AREA AND PROCEEDED INTO PIT FORWARD, BUT THIS TIME THE PICK-UP WAS IN TURN AROUND AREA AND HE DID NOT SEE IT. HE BACKED INTO THE FRONT END OF PICK-UP.
