THE SECTION FOREMAN WAS INJURED BY THE OFF-STANDARD SHUTTLE CAR WHILE THE S.C. OPERATOR WAS DUMPING COAL ON THE FEEDER. THE FOREMAN FLAGGED THE S.C. TO STOP WHILE THE FOREMAN REMOVED A WATER H OSE CAUGHT IN THE FEEDER. THE S/C OPERATOR THOUGHT THE FOREMAN WAS CLEAR HE BACKED THE S/C ONTO THE FEEDER THOUGHT THE FOREMAN WHO RECEIVED 2 FRACTURED RIBS BY THE BOOM OF THE S/C
