I.NAME WAS OPERATING D8H CAT DOZER AND WORKING ON THE SLOPE TO BE RECLAIMED. HE ATTEMPTED TO JUMP WHEN THE DOZER FREE WHEELED BACKWARD AND WAS RAN OVER.
