TWISTED BACK AFTER TRIPPING OVER PIECE OF WOOD WHILE CARRYING A ROLL OF BELT SKIRTING
WHILE REMOVING A DUST LID ON TOP OF "A" DRAGLINE, WORKER ATTEMPTED TO LOWER LID TO GROUND BY SLIDING IT DOWN A PIPE. LID ROLLED OFF PIPE AND WHEN WORKER GRABBED LID TO STOP IT FROM FALLING, HE HURT HIS RIGHT SHOULDER.
VICTIM WAS STRUCK IN THE HEAD ABOVE THE RIGHT EYE WITH A HAMMER BY ANOTHER WORKER WHO WAS DRIVING OUT A PIN FROM A CHAIN. ACCIDENT OCCURRED AS VICTIM PASSED BY WORKER AND WAS HIT ON THE BACK-S WING.

WHILE REMOVING A LARGE CHUNK OF GOB STUCK TO THE SIDE OF THE CHUTE, A PIECE BROKE LOOSE, HIT THE BAR WHICH HE WAS DIGGING WITH AND FORCED THE BAR ONTO HIS RIGHT THIGH. INJURY CONSISTED OF BRUI SE AND PUNCTURE WOUND TO RIGHT THIGH.
WORKER WAS SHOVELING SPILLAGA AROUND A BELT WHEN HE FELT A PAIN IN SHOULDER HE CONTINUED TO WORK FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS HOWEVER AILMENT CONTINUED REQUIRING HIM TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION
