EMPLOYEE STATES HE HAD COMPLETED SERVICING THE HYDRAULIC TANK ON A DOZER WHEN HE TUGGED ON THE FILL HOSE TO TRIP THE TAKE-UP LATCH ON THE HOSE REEL.WHEH THIS OCCURRED THE HOSE SLIGHTLY JERKED BACK CAUSING HIM TO LOSE HIS BALANCE AND JUMP FROM THE DOZER PLATFORM TO THE GROUND A DISTANCE OF 7-8' HE LANDED ON HSI FEET BUT THE JAR APPARENTLY CAUSED INJURY TO HIS BACK.
