This was not reportable until 8/24/04. Employee fell on the dredge on 7/7/04, however, he did not go to the doctor because he felt the injury was minimal. He has continued to have some pain so decided on 8/24/04 to have his shoulder checked by a doctor. The doctor put him on restricted duty, but it does not effect his job. He is doing his regular job.
