Pine Bluffs Gravel & Excavating · Fall from machine

Individual was getting off of a conveyor that was touching the ground, and missed the last step. He fell about 1.5 feet. On 12-28-15 he found out that he had a compressed disc in his back. On 1-4-16 he received a vertebroplasty shot to relieve the compressed disc.
