EMPLOYEE WORKIGN ON BELT TO JAW CURSHER. THREADS STRIPPED, BELT CAME LOOSE AND CHAIN FLIPPED AROUND RIGHT THUMB TAKING SKIN OFF AND CUTTING FINGER NEEDING STITCHES.

WAS GOING UP THE CAT WALK AND STUMBLED AND FELL DOWN AND CUT RIGHT ARM ON A BRACE WENT AND HAD IT CHECKED. THE DOCTOR PUT A COUPLE OF STITCHES IN AND HE REUTRNED BACK TO WORK. THE SAME DAY.
