Oldham Enterprises LLC · Over-exertion in lifting objects

Stacking builders on pallet, slipped while carrying rock. X-ray said pinched nerve, told to take ibuprofen and rest. Returned to work Monday 8/15/2016. Performed light duty on day, regular job on Tuesday 8/16/2016.
