Plant was shut down - We were working on jaw crusher - had it porta-powered open. Using a come-along to readjust the toggle plate, chain from come-along hit the valve on the porta power causing it to release the jaw then shut. Arm from injured party got jammed in. Arm was badly bruised.

WE WERE HAULING3DIRT I GOT UPON TOP OF A TRUCK TO MOVE A TREE THAT WAS HANGING OVER THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK AFTER I GOT THE TREE STRAIGHTENED THE LOADER DUMPED ANOTHER BUCKET ON THE TRUCK WHIHC SWEPT THE TREE3OVER THE SIDE PUSHING ME OFF THE TRUCK I LANDED ON MY FACE
