WITH ALL EQUIPMENT SHUT DOWN, EMPLOYEE WAS PERFORMING MAINT. ON HE GRAVILY TAKE UP ON A CRUSHED STONE CONVEYOR. G.T.O. IS APPROX. 10' ABOVE GROUND. MAINT. CONSISLED OF REMOVING BUILT UP MATERI AL FROM THE ROOLS. IT BEGAN TO RAIN WHILE THE EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING, SO HE DECIDED TO STOP AND GET DOWN. THE RAIN HAD MAKE THE STEEL SLIPPERY, AND THE EMPLOYEE LOST HIS GRIP AND FELL 6'-8' TO
