Owyhee Noble Metals LLC · Fall from ladders

The 2 people involved were removing a 4" piece of pipe. The pipe was inspected & thought to be secured to 2 braces by welds. There were no welds securing the pipe to the braces. The injured person was on a ladder using a saw, when the pipe was cut, the pipe struck the leg of the ladder resulting in the fall.
