THE PLANT OPERA7OR WAS OPERATING PLANT FROM CONTROL ROOM, WHEN THE CMI DRIER TRIPPED ITS BREADER. THE PLANT OPERATOR WENT TO THE MOTOR CONTROL CENTER. ON HIS WAY BACK TO THE CONTROL CENTER HE DECIDED TO CHEC5 THE MOTOR FOR BINDING. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE IN CONTROL ROOM STARTED THE MOTOR. PLANT OPERATOR LOST THE TIP OF HIS MIDDLE FINGER ON HIS LEFT HAND.
