PILLAR BLOCK WA8 BEING PARTIALLY MINED ACCORDING TO THE ROOF CONTROL PLAN THE INJURED WAS OPERATING A SCOOP IN THE PILLAR SPLIT WHEN A PILLAR FALL OCCURRED TRAPPING THE SCOOP AND OPERATOR THE INJURED THEN C9AWLED FROM BENEATH THE FALL TO AN AREA WHERE FELLOW WORKERS HELPED HIM FREE HIMSELF THE INJURED HAS A CRUSHED LEFT HAND AND SERIOUS BACK INJURY
