ON 4-12-90 EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON A BRAKE BAND ON A LIMA 2400 CRANE. HE CUT HIS FINGER (MIDDLE LEFT HAND) AND DIDN'T THINK TOO MUCH OF IT. ON 4/23 IT WAS NOT LOOKING GOOD SO HE WENT TO THE DO CTOR. 4-25 HE HAD SURGERY AND WILL BE OFF WORK FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS DEPENDING ON HOW IT HEALS.
