Employee was trying to release the anchor rope on the Guppy Boat when he lost the slack in the rope severing the tip of his left index finger.

Injured was driving loader through stock pile/loading area and hit a pot hole covered with water. (Water was flowing across entire roadway). Upon impact, the seat in the loader bottomed out and he felt a snap in his lower back.
