EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING 3 OTHER EMPLOYEE'S CARRY SOME STEEL TUBING FROM OUTSIDE SHOP TO INSIDE SHOP TO DO SOME WELDING.
I WAS GRINDING ON PARTS WITH HEAVY DUTY GRINDER, THAT I CUT OUT WITH A TORCH THAT MORNING. THE NEXT MORNING I WOKE UP WITH A SORE EYE. WHEN I WAS DOING THE GRINDING I WAS WEARING GOGGLES SO T HE METAL IN MY EYE MUST OF COME UNDER MY GOGGLES.
WAS TAKING A WATER HOSE LOSE ON A WATER PUMP. WHEN I HIT THE WATER HOSE WITH A HAMMER IT CAME LOOSE AND THE HAMMER CAME BACK ON MY RIGHT LEG. I WENT TO THE BLAND MEDICAL CLINIC. THE DOCTOR TO OK TWO X-RAYS. I HAD A CONTUSION ON MY RIGHT LEG.
