DISK CAUGHT ON EDGE OF MATERIAL AND JERKED GRINDER FROM HAND, THEN DISK CAME BACK ON HAND LACARATION OF LEFT HAND AND THUMB GOT 1/4" GAP ON BACK OF LEFT THUMB ALL THE WAY TO BONE AND TOOK PIECE OF BONE. PIECES OF DISK STUCK IN NECK AND STOMACH.
