EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING AREA UNDER CRUSHER FLOOR WITH A WATER PRESSURE HOSE THE WATER HIT AN OBSTACLE AND BOUNCED BACK TO HIT EMPLOYEE'S FACE ON THE LEFT EYE.

EE was unloading carrier rollers from the bed of truck. EE was standing on ground and lifting rollers out when the roller caught the lip of the tail gate and pinned his finger in between the roller shaft and the tail gate.
