Martin Marietta Materials · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee was adding oil to Volvo A25D truck. The truck has a hydraulic crank that opens and closes the hood. When he started the closing process it closed on his hand. This incident did not become reportsable until 1/23/07 doctors treatment.
