THE MECHANIC WAS DISMOUNTING FROM DOZER WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL. APPARENTLY HE HAD OIL OR SOME SLICK SUBSTANCE ON THE SOLES OF HIS SHOES WHICH WAS THE MAIN CONTRIBUTOR TO THE ACCIDENT.
