EE WAS STARTING DISABLED BY JUMPING THE BATTERY. HE WAS HOOKING JUMPER CABLES TO THE SERVICE UNIT WHEN THE BATTERY EXPLODED CAUSING THE BATTERY TOP TO COME OFF HITTING EE IN THE FOREHEAD.
EMPLOYEE WAS PREPARING TO WAS DOWN OFFICE BUILDING. WHILE DOING SO, WHEN HE WAS REMOVING THE HOSE, THE FITTING AND HOSE DISCONNECTED BLOWING HOT WATER INTO EMPLOYEES FACE. CAUSING FIRST DEGR EE BURNS AND SOME BLISTERING TO CHEEK.
