LABORER WAS UNHOOKING CABLE 4 WAY LIFTING RIGGING. ONE OF THE CABLES HAD DEVELOPED A BROKEN WIRE WHICH CUT RIGHT INDEX FINGER REQUIRING 6 STITCHES. LABORER WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES.
