INJURED WAS HELPING MOVE A CRUSHER WHEN HE WAS LHITTING THE PINS FROM THE ONGUE OF A DOLLY WHEEL WITH A HEAVY HAMR AND A PIECE OF THE PIN SPRUNG UP AND HIT HIM IN SHOULDER (RIGHT).
