EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING ON BACK SIDE OF ENDLOADER BUCKET WHILE GREASING LINKAGE ON ENDLOADER BUCKET. HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF AND HE FELL AROUND 4 TO 5 FEET LANDING ON LEFT HIP.
