Strain/Sprain to right shoulder while climbing into a 980 front end loader.
While climbing up the ladder on 415 loader, at the 2nd rung, Employee missed grabbing the handrail with his left hand. As a result, he swung backward and to the right, hitting the left-rear loader tire with his back and went to the ground. Upon landing, he hit the ground with his left palm and right elbow.
